Customer Success Manager

Full-time | permanent | (m/f/d) | Mainhardt/Dresden/München, Germany

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager for our inside sales department. As a Customer Success Manager for our inside sales team in Mainhardt, we are looking for someone who will work with our partners, primarily based in the USA and Japan, to keep our customers satisfied.

Your main tasks: 

  • Order processing
  • Independent preparation of quotations, pricing and coordination of technical details
  • Active maintenance of our customer and supplier relationships
  • Close cooperation with the sales force
  • Logistic management 

What you need: 

  • Commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in this field is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English skills are a requirement
  • Service orientation, organisational and communication skills
  • High degree of customer orientation
  • An outstanding team player
