Responsable Support AMHS

To strengthen our team in France, we are actively looking for an AMHS Support Manager.

Technical skills:

  • BTS or DUT in industrial computing, electrical engineering automation or mechanical engineering
  • Engineer in materials science and engineering
  • Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluency in English: spoken and written
  • Skills in mechanics, electronics and computer skills
  • Knowledge of ISO
  • Proficiency in the main office software packages
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years in automated transport systems
  • 2 to 5 years in team management 

Organisation of service on customer sites in France:

  • Reporting to the Technical Director
  • Manage the schedule
  • Analyse the quality of services provided
  • Manage maintenance procedures
  • Meetings with the customer and/or weekly report
  • Reporting and monitoring technical problems 

Commercial management of AMHS support:

  • Analysing customer needs
  • Prepare and propose quotations
  • Negotiate with the customer
  • Draw up a pricing plan

Team management:

  • Decide on training
  • Manage holidays
  • Conduct appraisal interviews
  • Set up internal meetings
  • Setting and monitoring objectives
